Overview of role:
Description:
We are currently seeking a Commissioning Engineer to cover the Leinster area, with the occasional need to travel to other projects nationwide, for our client, a market leader in the area of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Commissioning and Validation in Ireland, the UK and the Middle East.
With a proven track record of providing Commissioning and Validation services on some of the largest projects in the world, and with a highly skilled and experienced team of in-house commissioning staff, they have become a specialist solution provider in the area of HVAC & Water Systems Commissioning and Validation, and have the experience and the expertise to project manage, commission and deliver the most demanding projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Commissioning of Ventilation and Hydronic (LPHW & CHW) systems
- Maintaining a smooth commissioning process of a project by coordinating between the company and the client
- Reviewing commissioning plans in accordance with project specifications
- Reviewing design data and expediting onsite commissioning activities and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and maintaining commission records of site observations, testing processes and checklists
- Guiding commissioning processes and motivating team to achieve standard results
- Tracking and reviewing progress of projects
- Compiling commission report data for summarising
- Assisting in summarising and updating commission records
- Completing commissioning/handover report upon project completion
- Ensuring weekly time sheets & expenses are submitted in a timely manner
- Maintaining an empowering and inspiring work culture with the commissioning team
- Attaining customer satisfaction through adhering to client guidelines with the entire project team
- Executing all projects in accordance with H&S requirements of the company and the client
Requirements:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be:
- A mechanical or building service engineering graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Ambitious with a willingness to succeed and grow within a very successful company
- The holder of a full clean driving licence
- Provided with a company vehicle, phone and any equipment necessary for the performance of your duties
On Offer
- Starting salary will range at €45k to €65k negotiable DOE
- Full time permanent role
