Overview of role:

Description:

 

Actively recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for our client, a leading supplier of bathroom equipment and accessories, based in Balbriggan Co. Dublin.

You will be tasked with liaising with new and existing customers, processing orders, answering queries, inputting data and general office administration duties. As part of the team you will help to drive sales by actively and positively promoting the company brand.

You will come from an office based administration background and will be experienced dealing with customers by telephone and email.

 

Duties:

 

  • Input of customer orders via Salesforce and Sage
  • Liaise with customers on price queries and stock availability requests
  • Engage promptly and professionally with customers via telephone and email
  • Management of time to ensure high level of productivity without compromising quality
  • Build effective and lasting customer relationships through the provision of high levels of service delivery, problem resolution and the empathetic management of customer expectations
  • Engage with management team and UK office where appropriate to answer queries re orders, stocking and pricing enquiries from customers
  • Administrative duties as required in the performance of your role

 

Requirements:

 

Suitable candidate should have the following:

 

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 year’s experience in a similar busy administration or customer service role within an office environment
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and accountable individual who will strive to provide an exceptional service to our customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet processing deadlines without complaint
  • Achieve data processing quality standards and accuracy rate target
  • A natural self-starter who is excited by achievement and enthusiastic to continually deliver fantastic service
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Good MS Office skills, knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
  • Successful candidate will travel to UK head office for 2 weeks for initial training

 

On Offer:

  • Salary of €32k to €34k DOE
  • Monday to Friday – Office Based
  • Pension
