Field Sales Executive

Overview of role:

Description:

 

We are actively recruiting for an experienced Field Sales Executive for our client based in South Dublin, covering the Leinster area.

This is a full time, permanent position conducting business development, sales, account management and retention in the commercial waste sector.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Use of the CRM for all activity daily (including meetings, contacts, notes, prospects and new contracts sold)
  • Being fully involved in the onboarding process and continuing to be the main point of contact for the clients going forward
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to key accounts and new targeted accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations
  • Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
  • Report weekly sales KPI’s and other reports and KPI’s as required

 

Requirements:

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven 5-6 years of sales management experience (Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets)
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Ability to work with autonomy whilst being held accountable for results/ targets
  • Experience in dealing with senior people within Property Management Companies, Property Developers and Large Corporate Clients
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A full, clean driving licence is essential
