Financial Contract Analyst

We are actively recruiting a Financial Contract Analyst for our client based in Celbridge, Co Kildare.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Service, you will be intricately involved in the preparation, negotiation, renewal and financial analysis process of all annual Service Contracts. This is an essential role within the after sales division, helping to achieve the commercial goals of the company.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Be directly involved in Service Contract renewals according to the rolling monthly/quarterly customer contract schedule
• Provide weekly updates to the Head of Internal Service
• Update and upload essential Service Contracts information ensuring current revisions are maintained at all times
• Process and input all Service Contract orders and invoicing in accordance with the Company’s financial procedures
• Provide all necessary financial data to facilitate completion of service contracts in a timely manner
• Track the Contract Backlog Report to ensure the scheduling of all Service Contract orders are delivered within agreed time-frames
• Take ownership of resolving all Service Contract queries in a timely manner
• Respond to all Client enquiries in a professional and efficient manner and ensure that all queries are closed out without delay
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve upon the requirements of the role
