Overview of role:
Description:
We are actively seeking a Head Barista for our new venture in Maynooth, Co Kildare.
You will be someone who is passionate about Coffee and Customer Service, with experience of having worked in a fast-paced Café environment.
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team to help us to continue to deliver our signature coffee and coffee program.
You will:
- Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages
- Maintain excellent service standards
- Train and educate the team on all things Coffee
- Be responsible for taking orders, payment processing and till management
- Assist the team in the day to day running of the restaurant
Requirements:
You will need:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Barista in a similar role
- A genuine passion for delivering excellence and quality in everything you do
- Great communication skills and the ability to promote an excellent working environment
- Courage, confidence and a positive & willing attitude to learn and develop
- Available to work shifts 5/7
Pay rate for this role up to €14/hr DOE.
