Description:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pharmacy Store Manager for a North Dublin Store.
Our client, a successful Irish Pharmacy Group, is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Store Manager / General Manager to join their expanding team.
This is a Monday to Friday position – 9am to 6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of this busy pharmacy
- Drive sales through stock management and customer service; ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved
- Motivate, lead, and encourage existing and new team members
- Increase sales and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure high levels of sales, service & standards for customers
- Execute sales, promotions, and cash-handling duties
- Collaborate with HR on staff performance, recruitment, induction
- Staff rosters, wages, health and safety, and customer complaints
- Ensure ongoing mentoring and development for staff
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Pharmacy Management / General Manager position experience is essential
- Strong people management skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business KPIs
- Strong customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercially aware with target-driven focus
- Experience in SoftWorks, TouchStore, strong knowledge of Excel essential
- Fluent in English both verbal and written essential
On Offer:
- €43k to €48k Depending on experience
- Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
