Overview of role:

Description:

 

We are currently looking to recruit an Contract Service Administrator for our client based in Celbridge, Co Kildare.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Service, you will be responsible for the preparation, negotiation, renewal and financial analysis of annual Service Contracts across their client base. This is an essential role within their after-sales division, helping to achieve the commercial goals of the company.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

 

Service Contracts Administration:

  • Prepare, issue and follow-up Service Contract renewals according to the rolling monthly/quarterly customer contract schedule
  • Monitor and track all new plant commissioning and installations to ensure the capture of Service Contracts across the Installed Base before installation
  • Provide weekly target updates to the Head of Internal Service
  • Update and upload Service Contracts on the internal IT systems ensuring current revisions are maintained at all times
  • Site visits as required
  • Process and input all Service Contract orders and invoicing in accordance with the Company’s Financial procedures
  • Track the Contract Backlog Report to ensure the scheduling of all Service Contract orders are delivered within agreed time-frames
  • Take ownership for resolving all Service Contract queries in a timely manner

 

General Administration Duties:

  • Carry out administrative duties to support the efficient and effective operation of the Service Department as required
  • Respond to all Customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner and ensure that all queries are closed out without delay
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve upon the requirements of the role
  • Provide coverage within the Service Department during periods of absence
  • Participate in company Stock Checks as required

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3rd Level Qualification desirable, preferably from an analytical, engineering or business background.
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
  • Have strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Flexibility to working hours required to cope with customer requirements and cope with urgencies if they arise
  • Willingness to learn and grow within your role with a view to future progression

 

Remuneration:

  • Salary of €40K to €45K depending on experience
