We are currently looking for German & Dutch speaking Contact Centre Agents to join Customer Service Team based in Barcelona

If you speak fluent German OR Dutch and would be interested in moving to Barcelona to work with a multinational outsourcing contact centre company then this could be a great opportunity for you

As a Contact Centre Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Your focus on customer service will also ensure the continued growth and profitability of our clients products. Working as part of a friendly, multilingual customer service team you are ideally someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and always aims to go the extra mile for customers.

What you require to qualify for this role:

  • Previous experience in a sales, customer service or contact centre environment
  • Fluency in German OR Dutchand a good standard of English is essential
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • People focused with a “How can I help you?” attitude
  • A good team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Leaving Certificate or an equivalent standard of education is required
