Overview of role:

Credit Controller


We are currently looking to recruit a Part Time Credit Controller for a permanent role based in Dublin 22 area.

Suitable candidate can work from home or in office, and part time hours can be either 3 days a week or split over the week to reach 20 to 24 hours.


  • Ensuring the debtors ledger is tightly maintained and managed and debt kept to a minimum
  • Liaise with customers to ensure prompt payment within credit terms
  • Maintain debtor days
  • Monitoring customer credit limits and maintaining company credit policies
  • Coordinating the resolution of debtor queries and liaising with sales team to resolve
  • Reconcile bank lodgement and allocate to debtor accounts
  • Producing reminder letters for debtors
  • New customer set ups and validating customer details
  • Preparing reports for bi-monthly meetings
  • End of month reports and reconciliations



  • 7 to 10 years experience in Credit Control working in Ireland
  • Strong IT skills required in Excel & Word
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
