Overview of role:

City West, Dublin


Our client, a leading office supplies Company based in Citywest Co. Dublin, is actively recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for handling calls and queries from customers by telephone and email, and for the accurate processing of orders.

You will be a point of contact for customers and carrier companies, and will liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are satisfied.

Duties and Responsibilities of the role: 

Taking inbound calls from our customers (50 – 70 per agent is the average)

Data Entry – processing of orders / returns onto the system

Tracking Orders with carrier company

Following queries through to resolution as per the company policies

Providing support to account managers

Other administration and general office work as required (Filing etc)


Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

Pleasant telephone manner

Excellent level of English spoken and written

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Can work on own initiative and integrate as part of a team

The salary for this role is €26k to €28k depending on experience

The working hours will be 9.00am -5.30pm Monday to Friday.

This is a full time permanent role, and once fully trained and up to the required standard, you will be given the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.
