Overview of role:

Location: Dublin 12 / Salary: €22K


We are currently looking to recruit a customer service representative for a large company based in Dublin 12

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing large volumes of incoming calls in a busy customer service role
  • Taking customer orders and logging them accurately into the order systems
  • Data management including scheduling of customers collections and opening of accounts in the back-office systems
  • Ensure delivery of customer service excellence
  • Assisting with invoice checking, customer accounts queries, credit control
  • Ability to prioritise daily tasks and complete as efficiently as possible
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required


  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in customer service
  • Friendly personality and professional phone manner is required
  • Ability to calmly deal with customer complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Extremely organised with great attention to detail is an essential part of this role
  • Computer literate, can quickly and accurately enter order details
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills


Salary €22,000 per annum  –  Salary is paid monthly on the last Thursday of each calendar month.

Quarterly Bonus – Based on meeting KPI criteria ( Applies after successful completion of probation period)
