Digital Media & Marketing Administrator

Description:

We are currently looking to recruit a strong Digital Media & Marketing Administrator for a full time permanent position based in Maynooth, Co Kildare

Duties:

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media, print advertising and display
  • Support Sales campaign across Social Media Platforms
  • Optimize website and social media channels advertising and building overall company brand
  • Updating websites weekly with live positions and other relevant topics
  • Respond to enquiries generated from the company’s websites & SM
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Building Brands on SM and promoting company for more exposure
  • Tracking & reporting on costings with regards to advertising
  • Being up to date with any relevant events etc to promote our business & brand

Administration Duties:

  • Assist with general office duties as needed
  • Be a good team player and provide support and to all other areas of the team where necessary
  • Digital connectivity and equipment: working with new starters, setting up laptops, mobiles, general IT support, etc
  • Provide support and assistance to other departments as and when requested
  • Working alongside Management & MD to assist with administration

Requirements:

Suitable candidate should have the following:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good grasp of social media and it’s best practice
  • Experience with Design / Digital Media software
  • Degree in Digital Media / Digital Marketing or similar is a distinct advantage
  • Have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to work in a busy fast-paced environment
  • To work efficiently and effectively and to take full ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the role and to seek direction and/or approval from management when required
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Takes an active interest in the success of the Company and demonstrates a commitment to the on-going success of the Company through creativity, suggestions and identifying opportunities for further growth and development
  • Commits to continuous learning and the use of the latest IT equipment and software as required by the role

Hours of work: Flexible working hours our main focus is getting the job done

Salary: Very much depends on experience but ranges at €30K to €35K
