Description:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced European Transport Coordinator for the Logistics / Freight industry, ideal candidate coming from a Road Freight Forwarding background dealing with imports / exports from UK to Ireland & European – Imports & Exports

Duties:

Execution of customers daily movement requirements
Communicating and organising subcontractors to ensure service levels are achieved
Input and updating of files and computer system to allow for full information visibility
Issuing and distribution of relevant shipping documents
Timely invoicing to customer
Booking shipping requirements
Booking haulage requirements
Recording of supplier costs and timely passing of supplier invoices
Issuing of reports were deemed necessary
KPI reporting
Other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Skills & Experience required

Suitable candidate must have 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role
Suitable candidate must be experienced in transport of goods to and from the UK to Ireland and strong in tracking and reporting of KPI’s
Knowledge of driver hours
Invoicing
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Communications skills
Working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel required

Salary on this position will very much depend on experience but ranges from €35K to €40K + KPI Bonus

€35,000 - €40,000
