Overview of role:
Description:
Actively seeking a Horticulture Site Manager for our client based in the Dublin area, due to continued growth within the business.
This will be a field based role covering a number of sites in Leinster. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in Horticulture or Landscape management. Candidates from either field will be considered for the role.
The successful candidate will be given a company vehicle and fuel card.
Job Summary
- Ensure all projects are managed within a specific time frame and professional manner
- Liaise with Project Manager on all aspects of work and design
- Oversee Health and Safety
- Maintain all site records and procedures
- Maintain strong communication with your team on a daily basis
- Provide excellent customer care to clients and deal with any issues in a professional manner
- Represent the company at site meetings and take notes if required
- Responsible for maintenance of our minimum gross margin on sales
Requirements:
Key Skills
- Preferably 3rd level qualification in Horticulture or Landscape Management
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Previous Foreman experience a distinct advantage
- Strong computer skills will be a big plus
- Ability to work without supervision
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Excellent communication skills are essential
