HR Advisor – Maternity Contract

Overview of role:

Dublin 12


Our client provides product to retailers across the country and is based in Dublin 12 area.  Are looking to recruit an experience HR Generalist to cover a maternity contract for up to 9 months

The purpose of the role:

Reporting to the HR Lead IOI, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and support to managers throughout ROI & NI

What you will need:

  • CIPD qualification (desirable)
  • Relevant third level qualification
  • Full clean driving license
  • Good knowledge of Irish Employment Law
  • Experience of supporting and advising managers
  • Proven experience of managing employee relation cases
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff on all levels
  • Be confident and resilient in your work
  • Ability to work on own initiative


What the role will involve:

  • Supporting the HR Lead
  • Overseeing employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Advising and supporting managers on employee relation issues
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are updated and being adhered to
  • Providing support to managers regarding performance management
  • Providing training Programmes for employees
  • Dealing with all HR enquiries
  • Ad-hoc projects where required
  • Travel to Belfast & depots Nationwide

Salary €35 to €40K
