Overview of role:


Our client, a leading Logistics Company based in North Dublin has an open vacancy for a Logistics Administrator. You will provide administrative support to a very busy Logistics Team, based on site in North Dublin


  • Processing of import manifests and bookings
  • Responding to customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Help to meet the operational day to day delivery needs of our customers effectively
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments as well as external parties including customers, sales team, operations and warehousing to resolve all queries
  • Comply fully with the defined operating procedures (SOP’s) and processes
  • Support all continuous improvement initiatives including cross departmental projects through proactive engagement
  • Proactively support and fully comply with the Companies Health and Safety policies and procedures


  • High level of English required written and spoken to ensure accurate and effective communications in a high pressured and busy environment
  • Good level of numeracy, literacy and Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of the Logistics/Freight industry would be an advantage
  • 1-2 years similar experience preferential
  • Highly proficient on Excel and Reports
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Increased level of flexibility to meet timelines on reporting
  • Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision

This is a Monday to Friday office based role operating to normal office hours

The salary for this role is €30 to €32k plus benefits
