Overview of role:



We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Logistics Coordinator / Administrator for a full time permanent position

This Role is based on our clients site in County Cavan. Reporting to the onsite Operations Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with key departments on site and our transport department

Communicating clearly and efficiently with internal departments, customers and external agencies to ensure issues can be resolved as efficiently as possible


Duties & Requirements

Receive and process all bookings received and any continually following up an any outstanding requirements

Check stowage, segregation, and compatibility requirements of all shipments

Coordinate of client production and warehousing with transport manager to ensure on time shipping

Promptly & efficiently handle all customer complaints & communicate these & solutions to colleagues and management

Ensure consistency in approach to solving problems using CFI principles

Update systems continually to ensure client and management are fully informed of all activity

Suitable candidate must have minimum of 2 years in a similar role

Strong communication skills in English both written & verbal

IT Skills – competent user of Excel

Experience in integrated systems e.g. SAP an advantage, but full training will be given on in-house systems

Strong attention to detail

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Salary guide will depend on experience but range at €30K to €35K
