Overview of role:

Dublin North


Key Functions:

To ensure that all inbound calls and emails are answered promptly & professionally to maximize sales opportunities. To process all customer orders on SAP in an effective & efficient manner.

To offer general office based administration support to all departments. To develop and maintain excellent understanding of all products across all brands through continued and focused self-learning


  • To maximize sales opportunities on inbound calls
  • To ensure that all administration duties are completed professionally and promptly at all times
  • To ensure that all standard operating procedures are understood and adhered to at all times
  • To ensure that sales orders are accurately processed and are to the pre-defined standards
  • Ensure any credit, debit and customer return issues are processed in a timely manner
  • Provide all communication to internal and external customers in a professional manner
  • To liaise with field sales teams as necessary
  • To liaise with the carriers as necessary
  • To liaise with the various internal departments to ensure the highest level of customer support



  • Minimum of 2 years sales support / administration experience
  • SAP knowledge would be advantageous
  • Must have the ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skill are essential
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a small team in a fast paced environment; must be highly motivated, energetic
  • Knowledge of electrical installation products and industry would be an advantage


  • Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.45
  • Competitive salary with bonus scheme
  • Full time permanent position with brand leader in the electrical industry
