Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work in our Permanent Division based in Maynooth, Co Kildare

The role:

The Recruitment Consultant will assume responsibility for attracting the best candidates and building solid relationships with clients

Suitable candidate will need the following:

  • 2 to 3 Years’ Recruitment Consultancy experience dealing in permanent placements
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills with proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience of building strong client relationships
  • Experience of working in a KPI driven environment

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Undertaking candidate searches for our assignments utilising advertising, database searching, head-hunting, networking, social media etc;
  • Undertaking extensive telephone/Zoom interviews with candidates and presenting suitable candidates to our clients;
  • Maintenance of employee files – ensure that all personnel forms and required documentation are up to date and filed correctly;
  • All administration duties around the recruitment process;
  • Developing and building long-term relationships with candidates based on trust;
  • Expanding our client base through direct selling and business development;
  • Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with our clients


The role will be based in Maynooth and can also involve working remotely if preferable to the suited candidate

The Package

  • Attractive base salary – €35K to €45K depending on experience
  • Additional uncapped sales based commission
  • Flexible working arrangements
