Regulatory Affairs Administrator – FTC Contract Role

Overview of role:

Description:

We are recruiting for a Regulatory Affairs Administrator for our client, a medical supply company based in Wicklow.

This excellent opportunity has arisen due to company growth. The role is a fixed term contact of 6 months duration. The successful individual will be responsible for assisting the quality manager and for general office administration

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support the strategic objectives of the Quality/Regulatory Department
  • Assist Quality Systems personnel in the drafting and review of documents
  • Responding to medical information requests
  • Ensure that procedures are documented, understood, and followed
  • Training of personnel in Standard Operating Procedures and Quality System processes
  • Product Recall administration
  • Management and trending of data sets
  • Report writing
  • Assist with new product set up processes
  • Temperature review and verification
  • Maintain quality trackers
  • Prioritising tasks in response to customer and stakeholder needs
  • Participate in regulatory and customer audits

Requirements:

  • A Third Level Qualification in a science related discipline preferred
  • Relevant experience in a Quality Assurance/Regulatory role or similar essential
  • Experience within the Healthcare Industry an advantage
  • Experience working to an established Quality System Standard (e.g. ISO, GDP, GMP, MDR etc)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage workload effectively

 

Candidates must be residing in Ireland at time of application.

This is a full-time, six-month contract position with salary range of €35k to €38k per annum.
