Description:

Our client based in Dublin 6 area are looking to recruit an administrator / secretary to assist Claims Handler within an insurance company

You must be motivated and enthusiastic

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attending meetings and typing up minutes and sending to attendees
  • Assisting in chasing for paperwork from clients
  • Updating files for clients
  • Checking all documentation is correct and received before processing
  • Assisting in all administration duties for claims handler as instructed
  • Adhoc administration duties

 

Requirements:

Suitable candidates must have the following:

  • Must have at least 2 years administration experience
  • You must have a strong desire to develop within customer service environment
  • Good phone manner and well spoken
  • Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • An enthusiastic and flexible approach
  • The ability to work well in a team environment with a high energy level
  • Quick learning capabilities
  • Strong IT skills

Salary starting at €25k to €28K depending on experience
